  Currently Love Junkee can only provide ONE promotion/discount/free shipping at a time. Meaning, if we're running a promo for a sale but you you qualify for free shipping because you purchased more than $75.00 for free shipping we can only grant free shipping.   WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW DO WE USE IT?
  Love Junkee collects customer information in an effort to improve our customers shopping experience, to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions, and to enhance and improve the performance and accuracy of our operations and website. We collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address and credit card numbers, that you provide to us when you place an order, when you save your information with us or when you participate in a sweepstakes, promotion or survey. Love Junkee may use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order. We also collect e-mail addresses at within the site including when you order from the site so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order such as an order confirmation notice, as well as send you other information that we believe may be of interest to you. • When do RESTOCKS & NEW items arrive?

  We restock on certain items depending on the availability of our vendors. We stock NEW ITEMS every Monday!

  We encourage our customers to follow our instagram @shoplovejunkee for accurate updates of restock & new inventory. We sell out fast, early bird gets the worm.

  Please look at each individual product for measurements :)

  BUST
  For bust size measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bra cup. Make sure to go under your arms, not around them!

  NATURAL WAIST
  Measure around the smallest part of your waistline with one finger between your body and the measuring tape, typically at the belly button.

  HIPS
  Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

  DRESS LENGTH
  Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and perpendicular to the floor. Measure from the high point of your shoulders down the length of your back.

  INSEAM
  Find a pair of pants that fit you well and measure from the crotch seam to the opening at the bottom of the pant leg. Round the number to the nearest 1/2" to get your inseam length.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We ship worldwide! :D

  All international order are subject to their own taxes, customs fees or any other charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on customs.

  Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Once the package has left our store and received by USPS and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the USPS customer support helpline.

  International Orders:
  If your package is lost please contact your local customs office. We provide customs # with every package.

  Any customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

• How long before my order is processed & Shipped

  Domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday thru Friday). We are closed Saturdays/Sundays so we don't ship on those days or on holidays. International orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Ship time is 3-5 business days depending on your location.

  Orders on the west coast typically only take 1-2 business days (estimate), East Coast orders can take up to 5 days to ship.

• What are Pre-Order Items?

  Pre-Order items are pieces which you may purchase before becoming available to the general public. These pieces are very popular and sell out quickly. By pre-ordering, you are guaranteeing yourself the item. All pre-order pieces will be available in 10 to 25 business days.

• Lost Packages & Returned Packages

  Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premise we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send the liability is between you and USPS.

  If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect destination inputed, you are responsible for paying the RE-SHIP fees.
